| Lunch consists out of 2 basis soups with different artisan breads. We offer: Peesoup, goulashsoup, unionsoup and tomatosoup. Joined by a rich selection of trimmings to personolize your soup to your liking. After a lovely lunch you make your way on deck for a breath of fresh sea air and perchance lend a hand with the sails. You are free to lounge about at your leisure and enjoy the trip. Setup on the poopdeck is a fresh pot of warm glühwein to warm the insides. All trough the day we serve you with little bit sized snacks. Things like small meatballs in tomatosauce, croquettes with mustert, chickenwings with dip, Partymix and pigs in a blanked. On arrival we welcome you aboard with a glass of skippers bitter and a traditional toast made by the captain. Around 18.00 start to serve an exquisite hotchpotch buffet consisting of three base hotchpotches: Boerenkool met rookworst, zuurkool met speklapjes en rode kool met appeltjes en suadelapjes of hotchpotch with a meatball. All made fresh and just like grandma used to. For dessert we offer you warm applestrudle with whipped cream of vanilla sauce, with tea, coffee or hot chocolate. |
